The quality of the stickers are good. However, the stickers arrived crumpled on both sheets. Some stickers were not usable. It was packaged in a thin cardboard envelope with no fragile sticker or extra protection.
The stickers are ordered amazing. The print quality is excellent, my logo crisp and clean. I will definitely order these again!
The stickers are of amazing quality and color, the packaging it came in made sure that the stickers didn’t bend, loved them!

I sent out an order a bit ago with the biodegradable mailers and my customer said the package arrived in perfect condition and she really appreciated my switch to more eco-friendly packaging. We are both very pleased!
My stickers came and they are fabulous! I can’t wait to use them for mail out orders! So happy with how they turned out..I was a little worried when they didn’t come with the rest of my order, but clearly they are shipped from the supplier.
Either way, gorgeous and feasible addition to this little small biz trying to grow a brand.

Got my small sample order of bags - very pretty. But I have to question why on earth you are sending my biodegradable bags in a non-biodegradable plastic satchel. I'm nervous to use them now... are these bags not strong enough for shipping and that's why you don't use your own bags??? 3* due to this.

After our email exchange, I understand that you were referring to the white plastic mailer bag that our items were sent in. Just thought I should share our response here to help others understand a bit more about our fulfilment process. We use different warehouses to fulfill our orders, including Amazon. For shipments going out from Amazon, we do not have the option to request specific packaging for those orders, and the Amazon employee would decide which box or mailer is used for each shipment. It is something that is also extremely frustrating for us.
Our approach to addres this issue is to prioritize using inventory at our non-Amazon warehouses (we have one in the US and one in Canada) first for all website orders. However, in cases where we don't have any stock at those warehouses (such was the case for your order), then we
would need to send them out from Amazon.
I'm really happy that you like the mailers. As for your shipping experience, we have made notes of your feedback and will definitely continue to find ways to improve it!

The boxes are lovely - but the size of the box my small order was shipped in is absolutely ridiculous - hence the 3*. It was an ENORMOUS box from Amazon that could have held about 50x the quantity - if you're really trying to help people reduce waste these things need to be packaged better.

We have our inventory in different locations, including Amazon warehouses. Unfortunately, with Amazon, they’re the one who decide which box to pack & ship our items in.
They used to be an option where we can prep our own packaging and for them to send as is, but that was taken away a few years ago. I really wish that there is something we could do about this, but at the moment it is out of our hands. For the packages that are sent from other warehouses we work with, I can assure you that there will be no such issue.

The ABC Box Wildflower 7" x 8" are super cute, however I do wish they were thicker. The tabs that insert into the slits were not very strong. They do work but I had to be very careful putting them together.
The Pastel Petals Mailers 10" x 13 are perfect and cute for my business to mail products that don't need the bubble protection.
The shipping was fast! I'll definitely be ordering my shipping mailers from impack vs. Amazon in the future. Thanks!
Shipping took way longer than anticipated and when they finally arrived some stickers were damaged.

Thank you for sharing about your experience, and I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the stickers. We usually make a little more than the amount ordered, so if there is something goes wrong, you should have enough. If it is less than the 100 stickers you ordered, please let us know and we will reprint your design!
Regarding the delivery time, we do share the estimated delivery time just below the product images. I have just added that under the product descriptions as well just in case (the layout might be different on mobile or other devices)

Absolutely love these mailers and wish I could use them for my business. With the product my company sends in the mail, I need to use a 12 x 15.5 polymailer. Right now, Impack only offers 1 print in that size: Floral 2D Chestnut. Please make some more prints for this size polymailer. I wish I could use Impack for my shipping needs but I need a polymailer that is a bit brighter in color. I wish Impack offered this size in some of their other beautiful prints! Once that happens, I’ll be excited to use Impack for my bulk mailer needs. ❤️

i got a few sheets of kisscut stickers and they are amazing !! i love how easy they are to peel &i can cut them down to individual stickers to give as freebies at pop ups !!
pretty durable and looks so cute !! first time really trying out polymailers and this is such a great option
love the idea of a paper mailer and super excited to use these! the fact that theres double adhesive strips is amazing—im always reusing mailers when i can and the secondary strip makes that so much easier
super nice set of sample sizes for their boxes! only thing is that theyre described as free and "just pay for shipping" but i ordered with other mailers so im not sure if it made sense to still "pay for shipping"? not the end of the world, but definitely was a little confused
regardless, super helpful for someone like me who has difficulty interpreting dimensions until i see them
