Custom Mailer Ordering Process
1. Design Consultation Share your vision with us through our quick questionnaire linked above. We'll help you determine the right size, quantity, and design approach for your custom mailers.
2. Mockup Creation Our design team will create digital mockups of your custom mailers for your approval. We'll work with you to refine the design until it perfectly represents your brand.
3. Production Approval Once you're completely satisfied with the mockup, we'll prepare your design for production. If you've ordered with us before, we'll use your existing plates (no additional plate fee required).
4. Production Timeline Your custom mailers will be produced within approximately 30 working days after approval and deposit receipt.
5. Shipping & Delivery Shipping typically takes approximately 5 weeks, with total lead time around 9 weeks from approval to delivery. Factors like customs processing and port inspections can occasionally affect delivery timing.
