Our flat mailers are made using D2W technology, a smarter alternative to traditional plastic that helps reduce long-term waste.
D2W mailers are made with an added eco-degrading agent that helps them safely decompose into water, carbon dioxide, and biomass within about 2 years (depending on conditions). This means that even if they don’t make it to a recycling center, they won’t linger in landfills or harm the environment for generations.
The bags stay durable and protective during shipping.
They break down much faster than regular plastics.
They leave no harmful microplastics behind.
We always encourage you to recycle your mailers first by dropping them off at your nearest flexible plastic recycling point. But even if they don’t make it there, you can feel good knowing that your packaging won’t stay on this planet forever.

What’s the difference between a flat mailer and a bubble mailer?
Flat mailers are lightweight and flexible with no bubble lining, perfect for keeping shipping costs low. Bubble mailers, on the other hand, have an internal cushion that protects fragile items like jewelry, cosmetics, or small electronics.
Are your mailers waterproof?
Our biodegradable mailers are water-resistant, offering protection from light moisture and short rain exposure. For extra protection, you can add an inner glassine bag or tissue wrap.
Can I order mixed sizes or designs?
You can try our Sample 10 Pack, which includes a mix of designs and sizes — perfect if you want to test which one fits your products best before bulk ordering.
How do I store mailers properly?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Like most biodegradable materials, they can start breaking down if stored for too long under heat and humidity. We recommend using them within a year.
