Fantastic tape once you learn how and when to use it. It sticks well - to paper boxes - and is gorgeous. But you do need to know how much water to apply (not too much, not too little), and you need to know it won’t stick to any of the biodegradable mailers Impack sells, which is a huge bummer. I’m still searching for a good way to put labels on Impack mailers. But this is the *best* tape for boxes.

I was pretty tired of flimsy mailers that ripped and didn’t make it to customers intact. Impack’s quality and design is beautiful. I have gotten lots of positive feedback on my packaging and am slowly switching all my mailers over to impack. Plus I love that they’re better for the environment.

I have been ordering Impack mailers for awhile now for my Etsy business and they work really well. I recently received a shipment where the printing was blurry and "off". I contacted Impack and without too much hassle, they offered to replace them, which I thought was super customer service.
I realize that everyone's monitor is different and the colour is not necessarily what you see, however, if the colour is called "sapphire" you expect it to be a nice blue. This is more grey.

I thought the sample pack would just be various sizes, not defective ones. At least three have had white marks on them and one is completely unusable.
