Nice selection of all sizes. Now i can pick and choose what works best for me
I got them on sale and they were amazing for the cost. I did not check the sizes but that is my own fault. I am going to keep them for shipping larger things.
They shipped fast and the customer service was great too.

Recived Halloween and Christmas mailers i march. They are nice mailers but too seasonal.

The sample pack is designed to give customers a chance to see the variety of products we offer, including different sizes, materials, and finishes. That’s why we sometimes include items like glassine bags or bubble mailers, depending on availability. Seasonal prints are also intentionally included, as they are part of our regular collection.
That said, I completely understand if the pack didn’t meet your expectations. I'd love to make things right by sending you a replacement from our latest batch. Please note that 1-2 seasonal prints will still be included intentionally and it's so that people can check out:
- The mailer quality, thickness and strength
- The print quality
- The variety of designs in person, and that we also have seasonal prints

I’m in the middle of elevating my business and I was just using plain manila envelopes to send out my containers and upgrading to this package has had many customers comment how nice it is. They love it that it’s recyclable.

I got my starter pack and have sent out a few packages with it. I'm pleased with the pretty designs on the package. I have confidence in the strength of the materials, that they won't easily come open during shipping. And I absolutely love that they biodegrade!

It is nice to see the sizes to be able to choose the one you may use the most

Gorgeous tape that I use on my special book boxes I mail out to readers. It instantly makes the package feel so fancy and charming. It does take a lot longer to apply than normal tape, but for me it's totally worth it. 💖
These mailers are very attractive and perfect to send my hand crocheted hats to my customers.
I ordered the sample pack. I guess I misunderstood what that included. I thought the pack included all different patterns to try. Instead, I got 4 of same Christmas pattern, 3 of the same Halloween pattern, and 3 of the same Christmas pattern. In addition to thinking I’d receive a variety of patterns, I wrongly assumed I’d receive at least one pattern that I could use now to try out the quality.
I understand the selection is random. I just thought there’d be a variety of patterns with at least one in season pattern to use now.

I totally understand that being a free sample pack the designs could be different, not a problem unless as some buyers realized were only of holiday designs. What I expected to get was the amount and sizes shown in the picture, what I got is 6 of the smallest ones, one is clear see through, so no use for that, 2 medium and 2 big. Not sure if I will trust this company to order more.

I like the quality of the bags but expected to get designs in the sample that I could use anytime and felt there were mostly holiday bags which weren’t appropriate for me to use and try now. The photo of the sample pack is misleading- I didn’t get any of those cute designs

Sturdy mailers that are opaque and thick. No issues with the seal or adhesive quality. Really pretty color with a simple design. I like how the package is easy for the recipient to open with the perforated section. Would recommend!
Highly recommend! It’s made shipping so much easier. Very strong material so I don’t have to worry about packages getting ripped open before they arrive to their destination. Cute prints too!

I had some issues arise with my image I had submitted and customer service reached out to me multiple times to walk me through how to improve my image to get the best results in my stickers. I was so impressed because you just don’t get that level of customer service anymore. This company has been absolutely fantastic to work with and I love their products! Highly recommend!

What is the point of buying mailers that are supposed to be good for the environment if they’re sent in single use plastic! And it’s double packaged!!! Extremely frustrating!

The transparent bag used for your mailers is biodegradable, just like the mailers themselves. However, the outer plastic bag was part of our fulfillment warehouse’s packaging, and due to our ongoing transition, we haven’t fully switched to eco-friendly options yet.
We’re addressing this and working hard to improve our packaging to better align with our sustainability goals. Thanks for your patience, and we’ll make sure this is resolved moving forward.
