Absolutely not worth the hassle for the cost

The tape is very pretty. But I completely misunderstood the "water-activated" part of this. You can't use this tape at the post office last minute. You need to apply water to the tape with a sponge or dispenser. Guess what? It doesn't come with one. Will you get tape all over the box while you figure out how the heck do do this? Yes, of course. Absolutely not worth the hassle for the cost of $25 when it doesn't even come with instructions or a sponge.
