Sample 10 pack mixed mailers

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I completely understand your disappointment, and I would like to apologize for the mixup. A small batch of sample packs went out with ONLY seasonal prints, which was not our intention. I truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

To make it right, I would like to send you a replacement sample pack, but please note that:
•There will be some seasonal prints in our sample packs because this is intentional. The sample packs are for people who have not bought from us before - and it's so that people can check out
- The mailer quality, thickness and strength
- The print quality
- The variety of designs in person, and that we also have seasonal prints
• The actual prints in the sample packs vary from time to time, depending on what we have in stock.

The sample pack is designed to give customers a chance to see the variety of products we offer, including different sizes, materials, and finishes. That’s why we sometimes include items like glassine bags or bubble mailers, depending on availability. Seasonal prints are also intentionally included, as they are part of our regular collection. However, I want to reassure you that your pack was not part of the seasonal-only batch that was mistakenly sent out.

That said, I completely understand if the pack didn’t meet your expectations. I'd love to make things right by sending you a replacement from our latest batch, which includes 10 different prints of our flat mailers. Please note that 1-2 seasonal prints will still be included intentionally.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration. We understand your concerns and want to clarify:

The transparent bag used for your mailers is biodegradable, just like the mailers themselves. However, the outer plastic bag was part of our fulfillment warehouse’s packaging, and due to our ongoing transition, we haven’t fully switched to eco-friendly options yet.

We’re addressing this and working hard to improve our packaging to better align with our sustainability goals. Thanks for your patience, and we’ll make sure this is resolved moving forward.
