Can I choose specific prints to go in a sample pack?

No, but if you'd like a specific print, our mailers starts at just 25 packs with free shipping!
The sample pack is free, so why do I still have to pay for it?

Yes our sample packs are free! What you'd be paying for is the pick and pack fee (from our fulfilment warehouse) and shipping fee.

I can't decide which size I need. Will the sample pack help?

Exactly why we created it! Nothing beats holding the actual mailers in your hands to figure out which size works best. Plus, you can do a few test shipments with your products and start getting compliments.

Sent in plastic packaging!!!

What is the point of buying mailers that are supposed to be good for the environment if they’re sent in single use plastic! And it’s double packaged!!! Extremely frustrating!

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration. We understand your concerns and want to clarify:

The transparent bag used for your mailers is biodegradable, just like the mailers themselves. However, the outer plastic bag was part of our fulfillment warehouse’s packaging, and due to our ongoing transition, we haven’t fully switched to eco-friendly options yet.

We’re addressing this and working hard to improve our packaging to better align with our sustainability goals. Thanks for your patience, and we’ll make sure this is resolved moving forward.

These mailers are beautiful and seem to be great quality. One of my mailers did arrive with the adhesive strip exposed and it was stuck to another bag; this resulted in two damaged items sadly because the adhesive is strong, it couldn't be removed without leaving a mark on the second bag, and the first one couldn't be utilized since it's single use adhesive.

Overall though I would shop here again. The prices were reasonable, the designs are gorgeous, shipping was fast, and I love that they're compostable.
