Hi! I love your polymailers and have been using them for a while for my small business. The designs and quality are great. I no longer use Amazon so I started ordering directly from the Impack website. I was disappointed that one item from my last order was shipped from Amazon. I totally get that there may be a reason for that, like the items are stored at an Amazon warehouse but it's frustrating to try and support a business and end up supporting Amazon.

Aside from selling on Amazon, we’ve been using them (along with other warehouse solutions) for storage and fulfillment. Your support means the world to us, and that’s why we’ve made a conscious effort to lean more heavily on our other warehouse partners. Last year about 90% of our orders went through Amazon’s network, but in 2025 over half of our shipments have already been handled by our partner facilities—and we’re committed to driving that percentage even higher.

I received my order quickly of 3 different packages of these mailers. They are high quality and beautiful statement plastic mailers. I love this mailers. I will absolutely continue to support this business. My reason for 4 stars was it arrived in a plain, and as far as I could tell, not recyclable, mailer. These things also collect a ton of animal hair. Totally not their fault but just a note.
These polymailers are amazing! Great quality with the most adorable designs. 100% recyclable for a great price. You really can’t go wrong!
