    Disappointed in packaging

    Got my small sample order of bags - very pretty. But I have to question why on earth you are sending my biodegradable bags in a non-biodegradable plastic satchel. I'm nervous to use them now... are these bags not strong enough for shipping and that's why you don't use your own bags??? 3* due to this.

    After our email exchange, I understand that you were referring to the white plastic mailer bag that our items were sent in. Just thought I should share our response here to help others understand a bit more about our fulfilment process. We use different warehouses to fulfill our orders, including Amazon. For shipments going out from Amazon, we do not have the option to request specific packaging for those orders, and the Amazon employee would decide which box or mailer is used for each shipment. It is something that is also extremely frustrating for us.

    Our approach to addres this issue is to prioritize using inventory at our non-Amazon warehouses (we have one in the US and one in Canada) first for all website orders. However, in cases where we don't have any stock at those warehouses (such was the case for your order), then we
    would need to send them out from Amazon.

    I'm really happy that you like the mailers. As for your shipping experience, we have made notes of your feedback and will definitely continue to find ways to improve it!
